Gangtok: Miss S.Tamang, an ex-student of Sikkim Government College today alleged that Prof. M.P. Thapa, HoD-Zoology has misbehaved with her when she approached him for getting her marksheet attached . Dr. M.P. Thapa,however, has denied such allegation but he informed he may have been considered rough when he denied two girls who approached him in a room where examination was going on for attasting documents as he was busy with examination duty.
Many observed that Ms. Tamang had no right to act in such a manner as she was no longer a student of the college.
