GANGTOK, April 25: As the police is apparently still occupied in investigating the possible reason of 24 April morning blast in Hotel Hill Top at Pani House, Gangtok, the Sadar Police however, detained two cooks of the hotel.
Neyandey Bangali (24), a resident of Coochbihar in West Bengal present staying at Pani House and Kalu Das (50) residence of Pani House were rounded up today from Hotel Hill Top.
The case was registered as on 24 April ensuing the incident at Sadar Police Station under Section 285/ 337 (against negligent conduct with respect to fire or combustible matters and causing hurt by endangering life or personnel safety of others) of the Indian Penal Code.
