The Governor is pleased to order the following transfers and postings with immediate effect:-
1. Shri N.D. Chingapa, IAS, Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim is hereby appointed as Advisor to the Government of Sikkim.
2. Shri T.T Dorji, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Financial Commissioner, Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Department is hereby appointed as Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim.
3. Shri Karma Gyatso, IAS, Principal Secretary –cum- Development Commissioner, Development, Planning, Economic Reforms and North East Council Affairs Department is herby appointed as Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Sikkim. He will also hold the charge of Development, Planning, Economic Reforms and North East Council Affairs Department.
4. Smt. R. Ongmu, IAS, Principal Secretary, Social Justice Empowerment and Welfare Department is hereby transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Department. She will hold the additional charger of Social, Justice Empowerment and Welfare Department.
5. Shri Bijoy Pratap Pradhan, IAS, presently on deputation as Managing Director, State Bank of Sikkim is hereby repatriated and posted as Commissioner-cum Secretary, Commerce and Industries Department.
6. Shri. M.G. Kiran , IAS, Commissioner-cum Secretary, Commerce and Industries and Information and Public Relations Department will hold the additional charge of Managing Director, State Bank of Sikkim. He shall hand over the charge to Commerce and Industries Department to Shir Bijoy Pratap Pradhan.
7. Shri Tenzing Gelek , SCS, Special Secretary, Ecclesiastical Affairs Department will hold the additional charge of Secretary , Ecclesiastical Affairs Department until further orders.
