1. The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission is pleased to promote the following members of the Sikkim State Agriculture Service in the post of Additional Director in the scale of Rs. 12500-375-17000 on substantial capacity with immediate effect.

The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission is pleased to promote the following Technical Officer (Non – Medical) under Health Care, Human Services and Family Welfare Department as Senior Technical Officer (Non-Medical) in the Senior Grade of the State Para Medical Service in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 with immediate effect:-

3. The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission is pleased to promote Shri Upen Silal, Senior Engineer (Mining), Mineral and Geology Department as Joint Director (Mining) in the scale of Rs. 11000- 350- 16250 with immediate effect
4. The Governor, is pleased to promote Dr. R.K. Chettri, Additional Director, Health Care, Human Services and Family Welfare Department in the Supertime Grade II of Sikkim State Health Service in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 in an officiating capacity with immediate effect.
