Raman Shrestha a young entrepreneur in Sikkim organised a film festival for the outstanding South-Asian documentaries which was incidentally the first ever festival to be held in the Himalayan State to encourage the youth participation in cinema. The festival is aimed at providing a platform to the documentary filmmakers and as a medium to highlight the issue that concerns South Asia at large.
