SIKKIM GOVERNMENT TRANSFERS & PROMOTIONS

• The Governor is pleased to order the following transfers and postings on deputation for the period of 3 years with immediate effect;-
  1. Shri Topchen Thakarpa, Deputy Director, Horticulture and Cash Corps Development Department, Ravangla posted as OSD, Buddha Garden Project, Ravangla,
  2. Shri Pem Dorjee Bhutia, Assistant Registrar, Cooperation Department, Ravangla is posted as OSD, Buddha Garden Project, Ravangla.
• The Governor is pleased to order the following posting of Doctors under Health Care, Human Services and Family Welfare Department with immediate effect:-
  1. Dr. C. Yethenpa, Chief Medical Officer, East, District Hospital Singtam, is posted as Joint Director (immunization), Headquarter.
  2. Dr. Govind Lama, Chief Medical Officer, West, District Hospital Gyalshing, is posted as Chief Medical Officer, East, District Hospital Singtam.
  3. Dr. P.M. Pradhan, Joint Director (Birth & Death Cell), Gangtok, is posted as State Health Officer, Headquarter.
  Further, Dr. Thinley Wangyal, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Gyalshing, shall hold the additional charge of Chief Medical Officer, West, District Hospital Gyalshing till further order.
• Shri C.D. Moktan, Community Health Officer (North), Health Care, Human Services and Family Welfare Department, shall retire from service w.e.f. 31.8.2007 (AN) on superannuation in terms of Rule 98 of the Sikkim Government Service Rules, 1974.
