GANGTOK, May15: The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-
1. Shri S.C. Gupta, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Affairs Department is transferred and posted as Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Transport Department.
2. Shri N. Tshering, IAS, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, DOPAR&T shall hold the additional charge of Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Food, Civil Supplies and Consumers Affairs Department.
3. Shri R.P. Chingapa, SCS, Secretary, Transport Department is transferred and posted as Secretary, Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department.
