Sikkim Government Transfers

 

• The Governor is pleased to promote the following members of the Sikkim State Agriculture Service as Deputy Director, in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 in an officiating capacity with immediate effect:-

         1.Shri Kamal Giri , Horticulture Dev. Officer, BAC Timi Tarku.
         2.Shri Harish Moktan, Agriculture Dev. Officer, BAC, Rhenock

•  The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect-
  1.Mrs. Devika R. Gurung, Deputy Director, Tourism Department, Gangtok is hereby Transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Tourism Department, Mangan, North District.
  2.Mr. P. T. Pulger, Deputy Director, Tourism Department, Gangtok is hereby Transferred and posted as Deputy Director, Rangpo, Tourist Information Centre
  
• Shri Tseten Tashi Bhutia, General Manager (O) – II, State Bank of Sikkim , Gangtok who was transferred on deputation as Officer on Special Duty, State Trading Corporation of Sikkim vide Office Order No. 423/G/DOP dated 27/7/2009 is hereby repatriated to the State Bank of Sikkim, Gangtok with immediate effect
  
•  The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-
  
  
  1.Shri Karma Tshering Bhutia, OSD, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department is posted as Principal Director (NRM), Food Security and Agriculture Development Department.
  2.Shri S.K. Sinha, who was recently promoted as Principal Director, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department, is posted as Principal Director, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department.
  3.Shri K.K. Singh, who was recently promoted as Principal Director, is posted as Principal Director, Horticulture Cash Crops Development Department.
  4.Shri Phetook Tshering Bhutia, Director NRM shall hold additional charge of Nodal Officer, Rastriya Krishi Vikas Yojna.
  5.Shri D.K. Rai, who was recently promoted as Director, is posted as Director, Horticulture Cash Crops Development Department. He shall hold additional charge of Mission Director, TMNE, NBM and NMMAP,
  6.Shri Topchen Lepcha, who was recently promoted as Director is posted as Director, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department. He shall hold the additional charge of Nodal Officer, Macro Management, ATMA and KVK.
  7.Shri Achung Lachungpa, who was recently promoted as Director is posted as Director, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department. He shall hold the additional charge of RKVY.
  8.Shri B.M. Subba, Additional Director (S/W), Food Security and Agriculture Development Department is transferred and posted as Additional Director, Organic Farming and IPM, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department.
  9.Shri G.P. Chauhan, Additional Director (S/W), Horticulture Cash Crops Development Department is transferred and posted as Additional Director, Spices and IPM, Horticulture Cash Crops Development Department
