GANGTOK, August 17: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has awarded a grant of Rs. 50 lakhs each to its affiliate members Sikkim, Manipur, Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh.
According to national media, the BCCI has also provided ground equipments like rollers and grass cutters and bowling machines to the North East States and has begun coaching and umpire programmes there.
