TSC into semis of Sikkim Governor's Gold Cup

Gangtok, Nov. 4: Three Star Club (TSC) thrashed Bhutan-11 4-0 Sunday to sail into the semi final in the All India Governors Gold Cup football tournament being held at Sikkim, India.TSC had a straight entry into the quarterfinal round for their best performance previous year where it lost its semifinal match. According to the TSC President Lalit Krishna Shrestha, the first half of was goal less but TSC scored all their four goal on the 28th, 35th, 40th, and 42nd minute of second half. Striker Jumanu Rai scored two goals and Santosh Saukhala and Pradeep Maharjan hit one goal each for TSC.Earlier, New Road Team (NRT) had already secured its berth on semifinal.
