1. The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission, is pleased to promote the following members of the Sikkim State Health Care, Human Services in the Selection Grade II in the scale of Rs. 11000- 350-16250 on substantive capacity with immediate effect:-

   1.Shri Anunjaneya Kumar Singh, IAS, (SK – 2005), Assistant Collector, East, LR & DM Department is hereby transferred and posted as SDM, Gyalshing, District Collectorate, West vice sl. No. 2 below.
   2.Smt. Shova Lepcha, SDM, Gyalshing, District Collectorate West, LR & DM Department is hereby transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, SRDA, RM & D Department vice Sl. No. 3 below.
   3.Smt. Doma Tshering Bhutia, Deputy Secretary, SRDA, RM & D Department is hereby transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary, Sports and Youth Affairs Department.
   4.Shri Zimba Pintso Bhutia, Administrative Officer, SHEDA, Deorali, is hereby transferred and posted as Under Secretary, Cultural Affairs and Heritage Department.


3. The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission, is pleased to promote Shri K. B. Gurung, Chief Engineer (officiating), Transport Department as Chief Engineer (Mechanical) in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 on substantive capacity with immediate effect.


4. The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission, is pleased to promote the following members of the State Mechanical Engineering Service as Additional Chief Engineer on substantive capacity in the scale of Rs. 12500-375-17000 with immediate effect:-
   Shri B. K. Singh, Additional Chief Engineer (officiating), Roads & Bridges Department.
