Gangtok,sept23: The campaign to make Prashant Tamang the next Indian idol has touched every section of society in hills.The Oriental Bank of Commerce in Singtam has contributed Rs.10 lakhs to Voting kitty for Prashnat Tamang .There are five free booths in Singtam and One at Rangpo Fatak which is keeping local peoples busy in the voting fever for hill idol.
The five priests are also performing a special hawan and puja for seeking divine intervention to secure win for Prashant in Singtam as per news reports.
In Jorethang , a couple of booths were closed as the money spent on voting run out of total amount collected but efforts were on to collect personal contributions from their organisers to make an extra last push to vote bank tally of Prashant Tamang.
