CONVENING OF STATE LEVEL PANCHAYAT SAMMELAN
Gangtok, September 5: The State Level Panchayat Sammelan is being held on the 13th September, 2007 at Paljor Indoor Stadium, Gangtok. Chief Minister has consented to be the Chief Guest and the programme will be attended by the members of Parliament, all Cabinet Ministers, MLAs, Chairpersons and Panchayat Members.
