OT Lepcha Demand Rail link for Sikkim

Gangtok: Rajya Sabha Member from Sikkim Mr. OT Lepcha in a call attention notice in the House on August 21, strongly pleaded for railway link between the capitals of Sikkim and other Northeastern States. He said in the House that a landlocked State Sikkim badly needs railway and other connectivities and that the Centre should give attention to provide such facilities within a definite time frame.
