ACT REAFFIRMS ITS NON-POLITICAL STANCE



GANGTOK: The Affected Citizens of Teesta (ACT) has said that it is not a political organisation and has nothing to do with any political party or ideologies.
In a press statement issued by its Chief Coordinator, Tseten Lepcha, ACT has reiterated once again that it is "a non-political organisation and that its policies and activities are not guided by any political party."
"We are not responsible for any statement or activities issued or conducted by any political parties," Mr. Lepcha has said.
