- Promoted Shri R. K. Gurung, Principal Chief Engineer (officiating), Roads & Bridges Department as Principal Chief Engineer (Mechanical) in the scale of Rs. Rs. 17200-450-21250 on substantive capacity with immediate effect.
- Promoted the following members of the State Mechanical Engineering Service as Chief Engineer on substantive capacity in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 with immediate effect:-
1. Shri K. P. Bhutia, Chief Engineer (officiating), Roads & Bridges Department.
2. Shri L. M. Pradhan, Chief Engineer (officiating), Roads & Bridges Department - Promoted the Shri Tshering Pintso Bhutia, Additional Chief Engineer (Officiating) Roads & Bridges Department as Additional Chief Engineer (Mechanical) on substantive capacity in the scale of Rs. 12500-375-17000 with immediate effect.
- Promoted the following members of the State Statistical Service as Deputy Director (SSS ) in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 on officiating capacity with immediate effect:-
