The Supreme Court today lifted the stay on proceedings against Sikkim high court Chief Justice PD Dinakaran by a Rajya Sabha-appointed panel.The apex court asked the Rajya Sabha chairman to reconstitute the committee by replacing advocate PP Rao with another jurist.
The court dismissed Dinakaran's plea for quashing the charges framed against him by the committee.
