In Pursuant to Wireless Message No. 22/4/2011-EO (SW-I) dated 31.05.2011, issued by the Government of India, Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi, Shri Vijay Bhusan Pathak, IAS (SK – 1990), Chief Electoral Officer, Sikkim and Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Health Care, Human Services & Family Welfare Department is hereby relieved from his duties with effect from 22.06.2011 (AN) to enable him to take up the new assignment as Joint Secretary in the Department of Atomic Energy at Branch Secretariat, New Delhi on Central deputation for a period of five (05) years.
