Sikkim Government Transfers & Promotions

• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-

1.Shri Lhendup Dorjee, SCS, Special Secretary to the Governor is hereby transferred and posted as Special Secretary, Health Care Human Services & Family Welfare Department.
2.Shri Tempo Gyamtso, SCS, Additional Secretary, Health Care Human Services & Family Welfare Department is hereby transferred and posted as OSD to the Governor, Raj Bhawan.
3.Ms. Pamina Lepcha, Accounts Officer, Pay and Accounts Office (East) is transferred and posted as Accounts Officer, PHE Department, Gangtok.
4.Shri Narayan Pd. Sharma, Accounts Officer, RMDD is transferred and posted as Accounts Officer, Pay and Accounts Office (East) vice Sl. No. 3 above.

•  The Governor is pleased to promote the following members of the State Civil Service in the Supertime Grade-II in the scale of Rs.14300-400-18300 as Special Secretary, in an officiating capacity with immediate effect:

1. Shri K.L.Gyaltsen, SCS, Additional Secretary, Finance, Revenue and Expenditure Deptt.
2. Shri K.S.Topgay, SCS, Additional Secretary, DPER & NECA Deptt.
3. Smt.Jemima Pradhan , SCS, Director, Information & Public Relation Department
4. Shri Pratap Tewari , SCS, Additional Secretary, Building & Housing Department
