Dr.Chamling warns Opposition

GANGTOK, Aug 6: Sikkim chief minister Mr Pawan Chamling today said that the state government would continue to assist industrial projects in the state. He cautioned the Opposition parties against disturbing peace in the state. “The manner in which the Opposition parties are opposing the upcoming hydroelectric projects at Dzongu in North Sikkim is unconstitutional,” the CM, said referring to the burning of the Governor’s effigy by Congress activists here today. “Industrialisation would continue in the state. The state government wil do its best to attract investors,” Mr Chamling said while addressing an investors’ meet here today.
