Sikkim Government Promotions & Transfers

• The Governor, on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission, is pleased to promote Shri. Jiwan Kumar Diyali, Deputy Director (Nutrition), Social Justice, Empowerment & Welfare Department. As Joint Director (Nutrition ) in the Selection Grade of the state Para Medical Service in the scale of Rs. 11000-350-16250 with immediate effect.
• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:
  
  1.Shri Sonam Topgay Lepcha, SCS, Additional Secretary, Social Justice, Empowerment & Welfare Department is hereby promoted to the Supertime Grade-II of State Civil Service in the scale of Rs.14300-400-18300 and transferred to Urban Development & Housing Department as Special Secretary in an officiating capacity.
  2.Shri T.N. Kazi, SCS, District Collector (North), Land Revenue and Disaster Management Department is hereby promoted to the Selection Grade-I of State Civil Service in the scale of Rs. 12500-375-17000 as Additional Secretary in an officiating capacity. He shall continue to function as District Collector, North.
  3.Shri S.D.Dhakal, SCS, Joint Secretary, Cultural Affairs & Heritage Department is hereby promoted to the Selection Grade-I of State Civil Service in the scale of Rs.12500-375-17000 as Additional Secretary, Cultural Affairs & Heritage Department, in an officiating capacity.
  4.Shri Bhupendra Sharma, SCS, Deputy Secretary, presently as State Project Officer, UNDP is hereby promoted to the Selection Grade-II of State Civil Service in the scale of Rs.11000-350-13800 as Joint Secretary in an officiating capacity. He shall continue to function as State Project Officer, UNDP.
• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-
  
  1.Shri Jigmee Wangyal Bhutia, Assistant Engineer, Water Security & P.H.E. Department, West is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer (South/West), Health Care, H.S. and Family Welfare Department vice sl. No. 6.
  2.Shri Rinzing D. Gyatso, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Urban Development and Housing Department, Jorethang who had been transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer, Water Security & P.H.E. Department, Mangan Vide O.O. no. 230/G/DOP dated 05.06. 2007 shall continue as Assistant Engineer (Civil), Urban Development and Housing Department, Jorethang.
  3.Shri Karma Z. Bhutia, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Rural Management & Development Department, North is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer (North), Irrigation & F. C. Department, Mangan.
  4.Shri C. B. Chhetri, Assistant Engineer, Water Security & P.H.E. Department, Mangan who had been transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer, Urban Development and Housing Department, Jorethang vide O.O. no. 230/G/DOP dated 05.06.2007 shall continue as Assistant Engineer, Water Security & P.H.E. Department, Mangan.
  5.Shri P.L. Sharma, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Tourism Department is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer Rural Management & Development Department, North vice sl. No. 3
  6.Mrs. Ninzey Bhutia, Assistant Engineer (South/West), Health Care, H.S. and Family Welfare Department is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer (Civil), Tourism Department vice sl. No. 5.
