Food plaza opened
Siliguri: A Food Plaza was opened today at the New Jalpaiguri station by the Indian Railway Catering and Transport Corporation. The plaza, located at Platform 1, was opened in association with a local company. It will provide round-the-clock service with at least 30 varieties of food at the counter.
Company representatives said 40 employees will man the plaza which has an air-conditioned restaurant, travel desk, hotel and airlines booking counters besides transport facilities.
