Sikkim Government Transfers

• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect.
  

1. Shri C.T. Wangdi, Special Secretary, Food & Civil Supplies Department is hereby transferred and posted as Special Secretary, HRD Department;
2. Shri K.L. Gyaltshen, Special Secretary, Finance, Revenue & Expenditure Department is hereby transferred and posted as Special Secretary, DPERNECA Department;
3. Shri K.S. Topgay, Special Secretary, DPER&NECA Department is hereby transferred and posted as Managing Director, Govt. Fruit Preservation Factory, Singtam, on deputation.
4. Ms. Jemima Pradhan, Director, IPR Department, is hereby transferred and posted as Director (Technical Education), HRD Department;

• The Governor, on the recommendation of Sikkim Public Service Commission is leased to promote Shri Man Kumar Gurung, Motor Vehicle Inspector to the post of Regional Transport Officer in the scale of Rs. 7000-225-11500 under Motor Vehicle Division of Transport Department with effect from the date of his joining. As usual, he shall be on probation for a period of one year.
• The Governor is pleased to promote the following members of the State Civil Engineering Service in on officiating capacity with immediate effect:-
  1. Shri Raj Mohan Pradhan, Additional Chief Engineer (Civil), Building and Housing Department is hereby promoted as Chief Engineer in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300.
  2. Shri S. K. Chhetri, Additional Chief Engineer (Civil), Irrigation and F.C. Department is hereby promoted as Chief Engineer in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300. and transferred to Roads & Bridges Department.
