For Empowerment and capacity building of Sikkim's unemployed youths, the schemes of all the line Departments e.g.Horticulture,rural development should be converged with the KVIC's PMREG and NABARD's schemes to have a visible impact.
Similarly,pre-departure trainings to the candidates, selected by the overseas employers, should also be promoted for which Deptt.of labour can have necessary tie-ups with overseas employers and can facilitate them for their recruitment. This facilitation will protect from exploitation of the youth who are planning to get jobs overseas.
