Sikkim Government Transfer & Promotion

• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-
  1. Shri S. D. Basi, IAS, Principal Secretary to HE the Governor, is transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Transport Department.
  2. Shri K. N. Bhutia, IAS, Secretary, Transport Department is transferred and posted as Secretary to HE the Governor, Raj Bhawan.
• Shri Bhim Sur Rai, Divisional Engineer (Mechanical), Human Resources & Development Department, is hereby transferred and posted as Divisional Engineer, Roads & Bridges Department with immediate effect vice Shri Devendra Pradhan since promoted.
• The Governor on the recommendation of the Sikkim Public Service Commission, is pleased to promote Shri Santosh Kumar Rai, Health Education officer, under Health Care Human Service and Family Welfare Department as Deputy Director (Health Education) in the Senior Grade of Sikkim State Para Medical Service in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 with immediate effect.
• Shri N. T. Gensapa, Deputy Director – in – charge, State Outlet Enclave G. K.-1, New Delhi , Food Security and Agriculture Development Department is deemed to have been transferred and posted as Plant Breeding, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department, Gangtok w.e.f. 19.1.2009 .
