SDF candidate Binod Rai Campaigns

Namchi,August 7: Binod Rai, candidate of Sikkim Democratic Front for Namchi Singithang bye election reached Lower Ghurpisey on Saturday in continuation of his on going campaign on a consistent note. At the outset of his address in a public meeting he thanked the Chief Minister Dr. Pawan Chamling for nominating him for the constituency which he himself fondly nursed for 25 years.
Mr. Rai also reiterated his pledge “to follow the foot steps of the Chief Minister and work for the poor people following his guidance”. The election meeting was also addressed by SDF leaders Ram Lepcha, DP Kharel, Passang Sherpa, Satish Chandra Rai, RN Rai and others.
Mr. Lepcha in his address said the people of Sikkim know the work of Dr. Chamling for development of the constituency and the state as a whole. He urged the people to ensure victory of SDF candidate Binod Rai with a big margin.
