Gangtok:, 25 October : Shri Sudarshan Agarwal was sworn in as the 13th Governor of Sikkim in a function at Raj Bhavan today. Chief Justice Ajay Nath Ray administrated the oath of office to the new Governor.Chief Minister Pawan Chamling, cabinet Ministers, Speaker of the state Assembly and MLAs were present on the occasion along with senior government officials. Mr Agarwal took charge from Mr V Rama Rao, who left for his home town in Hyderabad early this morning. Mr Rao's five-year term as the Governor of Sikkim came to an end yesterday.
