A building collapsed at Sichey

A building collapsed at Sichey, Gangtok, no casualty
Gangtok, 4 October: A three storey building under construction was collapsed and totally damaged in the early mornying on october 3 at Lower Sichey byepass, Gangtok. Since the incident took place early in the morning at 6 a.m, no casualty happened as the workers had to come the place and start work at 8 a.m. only. However, property wroth lacks rupees damaged. The building belongs to M.P. Thapa. The owner Thapa has lodged a complaint at Sadar Thana questioning the quality of the cement supplied by the dealer.
