Gyalshing, September 10: Three days long capacity building training under Skilled Development Programme on Journalism and Videography and Photography was held at DIC, West, Gyalshing. It was organized by Information and Public Relations Department and inaugurated by M.B.Rai, Chairman, Sikkim Milk Union at a function held at DIC West, Gyalshing today.Later in the programme the Chairman also inaugurated a week long photo exhibition depicting the various developmental activities, cultural and natural beauty, flora and fauna at DIC, West.
