Sikkim Government Transfers & Promotions

• On completion of 2nd Phase of IAS Professional Course at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie, Shri Anunjaneya Kumar Singh, IAS (Probationer ), 2005-2007 batch is hereby posted as Assistant Collector, East District Collectorate, Gangtok under Land Revenue & Disaster Management Department with effect from the date of his joining.


• The Governor is pleased to order the following with immediate effect:-
  1.Shri M.K.O. Nair, Assistant Engineer (Gangtok), Urban Development and Housing Department is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer (Civil), Block Development Office, Sikip, Wok, under Rural Management & Development Department vice Shri Dig Vijay Sharma.
  2.Shri Dig Vijay Sharma, Assistant Engineer (Civil), Block Development Office, Sikip, Wok under Rural Management & Development Department is hereby transferred and posted as Assistant Engineer (Gangtok), Urban Development and Housing Department vice Shri M.K.O.Nair.


• Shri B.S. Nirola, Divisional Engineer, Urban Development and Housing Department, Gangtok is hereby transferred and posted as Divisional Engineer (Civil), Zilla Panchyat, East, under Rural Management & Development Department with immediate effect.


• The Governor, is pleased to promote the following members of the State Civil Engineering Service as Superintending Engineer (Civil) in the scale of Rs. 11000-350-16250 in on officiating capacity with immediate effect:-
  Shri K.P. Sharma, Divisional Engineer (South), Buildings & Housing Department.
  Shri Prakash Chhetri, Divisional Engineer, Tourism Department.


• The Governor, is pleased to promote the following members of the State Civil Engineering Service as Divisional Engineer (Civil) in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 in on officiating capacity with immediate effect:-
