Ownership Papers & Blue Print Plans of MG MARG Buildings Called Up by UD&HD .
Gangtok:There seems to be a motivated and fresh drive initiated by the Urban Development& Housing Department to get things in proper shape in Gangtok especially as regards to organising a systematic garbage disposal and waste management and checking unauthorized encroachments.
UD&HD has issued a notice dated June 27Th demanding 'all relevant documents regarding the ownership and blue print plans of properties at the MG MARG to be submitted by July04,2007. Non-compliance of the notice will attract authoritative action against all unauthroitive constructions, warns the notice issued by the Deputy Chief Town Planner of the UD&HD.
