• promoted the following members of the Sikkim State Sub-ordinate Statistical Service to the Junior Grade of the Sikkim State Statistical Service as Assistant Director in the scale of Rs. 7000-225-11500 with immediate effect:-

  2. Mrs. Sangita Kharel, DESME
  3. Shri Bikram Tamang, DESME
  4. Shri Passang Tshering Bhutia, DESME.
• pleased to promote Shri G. Targain, Additional Chief Engineer (Electrical), Energy & Power Department as Chief Engineer (Electrical) in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300, in an officiating capacity with immediate effect.
• pleased to promote Shri K. B. Kunwar, Superintending Engineer (Electrical), Energy & Power Department as Additional Chief Engineer (Electrical) in the scale of Rs. 12500-375-17000, in an officiating capacity with immediate effect.
• Shri P. Shrestha, Additional Chief Engineer, Buildings & Housing Department is hereby promoted as Chief Engineer on officiating capacity in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 and posted as Engineer Officer, Roads & Bridges Department.
• Shri Ghanashyam Sharma, Additional Chief Engineer, Tourism Department is hereby promoted as Chief Engineer on officiating capacity in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 and posted as Chief Engineer, Irrigation & F. C. Department
• Shri B. B. Pradhan, Additional Chief Engineer, Human Resource Development Department is hereby promoted as Chief Engineer on officiating capacity in the scale of Rs. 14300-400-18300 and posted as Engineer Officer, Buildings & Housing Department
• Shri T. B. Rajalim, Additional Chief Engineer (S/W), Roads & Bridges Department is hereby transferred & posted as Additional Chief Engineer, Rural Management & Development Department. He will hold the charge of Chief Engineer on his own pay scale.
