I am very happy to learn that the Himalayan Buddhist Cultural Association, Delhi, is organising a Tenshug Offering ceremony during the auspicious occasion of the 70th birthday celebration of His Holiness the Dalai Lama in the first week of July 2005 in Dharamshala. I would like to convey my warm greetings on my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Sikkim on this auspicious occasion and wish for the grand success of the programme to offer prayer for the long life of His Holiness, the Nobel laureate and saviour of all sentient beings.
