SIKKIM GOVERNMENT TRANSFERS & PROMOTIONS

• Shri Uttam Kumar Pradhan, presently on deputation as MD, SITCO, is hereby repatriated and posted as Additional Chief Engineer (Mechanical), Transport Department (HQ), Gangtok with immediate effect.
• Promoted Shri N.T. Gensarpa , Watershed Development Officer to the post of Deputy Director in the scale of Rs. 9000-300-13800 in the Sikkim State Agriculture Service in an officiating capacity with immediate effect.
• Promoted Smt. Songkit Lepcha, Deputy Director to the post of Joint Director in the scale of Rs. 11000-350-16250 in the Sikkim State Agriculture Service in an officiating capacity with immediate effect.
• Promoted the following Deputy Superintendent of Police (Officiating ), Police Department as Deputy Superintendent of Police in the Sikkim State Police Service in the scale of Rs. 7500-250-12000 on substantive capacity with immediate effect:-
  Shri Kado Tshering Bhutia
  Shri Ramesh Kumar Sundas
  Shri Shyam Kumar Darnal
  Shri Bhim Prasad Thapa
  Shri Ongay Dhadul Bhutia
  Shri Kharga Bahadur Gurung.
• Shri S. K. Gurung, Principal Director – cum-Secretary, Food Security and Agriculture Development Department shall retire from service w.e.f. 31.05.3007 (AN) on superannuation in terms of Rule 98 of the Sikkim Government Service Rules, 1974. Further, the service rendered by him w.e.f 16.11.1972 to 31.05.2007 is confirmed for all purposes.
